Government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport. ID must be current and not expired.

Important: Do NOT sign your document before arriving. The notary must witness your signature in person for it to be valid.

Do I need an appointment for in-office notary?

No appointment is needed for in-office notarization. Simply walk in during business hours — Monday through Thursday 8AM–6PM and Friday 8AM–5PM — and we will assist you right away.

Should I sign my document before coming in?

No — do not sign your document before arriving. The notary must personally witness your signature for the notarization to be legally valid. If you have already signed, the document may need to be reprinted.

How much does notarization cost?

Standard notarization is $9.00 per stamp or signature. Real estate closing packages are $12.99. Mobile notary service includes a $25.00 travel fee in addition to the per-stamp fees. Long closings with many documents may be quoted separately — call us for details.

How does mobile notary work?

Mobile notary is available by appointment only. We travel to your home, office, hospital, or any location in Central Florida. A $25.00 travel fee applies in addition to the standard per-stamp fees. Book your appointment online or call us to confirm availability.

What ID is accepted for notarization?

You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. Accepted forms include a Florida driver's license, state-issued ID card, U.S. passport, or military ID. The ID must be current — expired IDs are not accepted.

Can you notarize documents for use in another country?

Yes. We also offer Apostille services — the additional authentication required for documents to be used in foreign countries that are members of the Hague Convention. We can notarize and then process the apostille for you in one visit. Learn more about our Apostille services →
