Established in 2014 by Lisa Bonds, L2 Supplies & Services operates two specialized divisions. Our Orlando, Florida office serves as our Compliance Center, providing fingerprinting, DNA testing, drug testing, ITIN, apostille, notary, and related in-person services to individuals, employers, and businesses throughout Central Florida.
Our Government Procurement Division supports federal, state, and local agencies nationwide through online purchasing, including our GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) OS4 Contract, our role as an AbilityOne Authorized Distributor, our designation as a Miami-Dade County Prime Vendor, and our registration as a Virginia eVA Supplier for Commonwealth of Virginia procurement. Government procurement services are delivered online — no in-person visit required.
