There is no fee to submit a Corporate Account request. L2 will review your organization’s needs and confirm the applicable services and billing arrangement.

What is the difference between a Corporate Account and Net 30 billing?

A Corporate Account lets your organization begin coordinating applicable services through L2. Net 30 billing is a separate request for credit terms. Approval of a Corporate Account does not automatically constitute approval for Net 30 credit terms.

Can we receive Net 30 billing?

Net 30 billing is available to qualified organizations and is subject to approval. You may request Net 30 terms when completing your Corporate Account application. Approval of the Corporate Account itself does not automatically constitute approval for Net 30 credit terms.

Can multiple office locations use one account?

Please include your locations and billing needs in the application. L2 will discuss the account structure that best supports your organization.

Can employees book appointments online?

Employees can schedule applicable services with L2. Your account representative can help your organization coordinate appointment support.

Do you provide mobile or on-site service?

Ask L2 about mobile and on-site availability for groups of [CONFIRM MINIMUM GROUP SIZE]. Final group requirements, travel fees, locations, and availability should be confirmed before scheduling.

How quickly will L2 respond to my account request?

An L2 representative will contact you within one business day to review your request. Account activation and any requested credit terms are confirmed after L2’s review.

Can volunteers use a Corporate Account?

Organizations may include volunteers in their screening coordination when applicable. Please describe your volunteer needs in the application so L2 can help identify the appropriate next steps.
