Our Story

Founded by Lisa Bonds

L2 Supplies & Services was founded by Lisa Bonds with a clear mission: to provide government agencies, defense organizations, and commercial businesses with a single, reliable source for supplies, compliance services, and biometric solutions.

What began as a procurement-focused operation has grown into a full-service company with a GSA contract, an AbilityOne distributorship, a prime vendor agreement with Miami-Dade County, and relationships with over 300 manufacturers — all managed from our Dr. Phillips, Orlando headquarters.

Today, L2 serves the Department of Defense, federal and state agencies, county governments, and corporate clients who need a vendor they can trust for both products and compliance services.
